Question: What if I need to return the products I had ordered from SAKINAS?

Answer:  We will be glad to refund the full amount of the product to you. This does not include shipping charges. The item must be unworn and it must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. ALL SALE ITEMS PURCHASED ARE FINAL SALE.

Question: Do you ship products to Alaska and Hawaii?

Answer: Yes we would love to. It will be sent by Postal Service instead of UPS. The shipping charge will vary accordingly. The $6 flat shipping fee only applies to the Continental US..sorry.

What if I need you to send it NEXT DAY or SECOND DAY AIR? How will I know how much it will cost?

Answer: We can call or email you the amount so you can let us know if that is OK. We do ship outside United States as well at additional charges.

Question: What if I need to exchange for another style or color? Do I need to call first?

Answer: We would recommend you to either send us an email or call us at 434-384-1010 to make sure we have what you want. If we have it, we will be glad to exchange the style or color for you.

Question: Sometimes I am not sure of the color names on the Michael Stars tee-shirts. How would I know what is the color really is?

Answer: Choose the color you are interested in, highlight it and the color should pop-up on the side...sometimes it takes 2-3 seconds. This will give you an idea of what the color is. We apologize in advance should you encounter a problem.

Question: How do I determine the MBT shoe size?

Answer: The sizes we have are womens sizes. As a basic rule of thumb, MEN add 31 to your shoe size to order the MBT shoes. WOMEN add 33 to your shoe size to order MBT shoes.

Do you gift wrap?

Answer: YES WE DO...at no cost. Please advise us on a seperate email as soon as you have placed your order. The merchandise will be sent out promptly to the receiver. We will also gift wrap GIFT CERTIFICATES.
